Our form management system offers granular control over data visibility and protection through innovative sensitivity level configurations.


A. Problem Statement

Organizations face significant challenges in managing sensitive information during form interactions:

  • Preventing unauthorized data exposure
  • Balancing security with user experience
  • Protecting confidential fields from casual viewing
  • Ensuring consistent data protection across different form types


B. Solution

There are three different levels that you can see on My Forms based on your admin's choices: High Sensitivity and Low Sensitivity or No Sensitivity. If they picked No Sensitivity, the form will be the same. 


High Sensitivity will hide the information in the field while the user is filling it out, on submit. If the user goes to edit the form, it will be covered by a green button and require the user to edit the field in a new popup.

Low Sensitivity will still show the field while filling out the form, on submit. If the user goes to edit the form, it will still be covered by the green button; However, they won't require a popup to edit. When editing a low sensitive index, when the button is clicked it will not reappear until the document is submitted again.

C. Best Practices

  • Carefully assess field sensitivity requirements
  • Apply High Sensitivity to:
    • Social Security Numbers
    • Financial Information
    • Personally Identifiable Information
  • Use Low Sensitivity for:
    • Contact Details
    • Non-critical Personal Information
