In order for ConnectWise to successfully connect you will need to modify a privacy setting.
- Open System Preferences
- Select Security & Privacy
- Select the Privacy tab
- In the left hand side, select Screen Recording
- Ensure ConnectWise Control Client is added to the list of applications allowed to record the screen.
