Introduction
In some instances, firewall modifications are needed in order to use the SCView ConnectWise Remote Support client. Below is a list of required exceptions.
Port Exceptions
- connect.myscview.com:80 - Access to Download Client (Redirects to port 443)
- connect.myscview.com:443 - Access to Download Client
- connect.myscview.com:8041 - Used for Remote Control
IP Range
If you would prefer to use the IP Ranges for your firewall rules they are as follows:
- 70.61.191.32/29
- 71.67.60.184/29
