Once an eSign request has been started whether it is in a 'draft' or 'sent' status there is an auditing trail.

View Auditing 


1. When you are on the eSign dashboard, choose the eSign request you would like to view the auditing page for (the line will highlight blue). 


2. Right click on the line and a menu will appear. 

3. Click on download 

4. Click on history

5. A message in the top right corner will appear "preparing history file..."


6. Once the file is ready another message box will appear asking if you would like to "download or open"


Download will save the file to your file explorer on your computer. 

Open will open the file in the new tab.

  • Secure Access: Ensure only authorized personnel have access to the auditing features to protect sensitive information contained within eSign requests.
