A requisition may fail into turning into a PO due to duplicate requisition number in USAS.  

If Requisitions are not set to be auto-numbered, you do not need to do the following. You can just edit the requisition number from the 

 

Please note, you must be an admin to make the following changes.




1. Go to Admin > Site Settings > Requisitions

2. Uncheck “Auto Requisition No.” and click "Apply"


3. Click on "Workflow" and click "edit" on the requisition you wish to change the number



4. Change the requisition number to something different and click "Submit"


5. Once you have changed your Requisition number and saved the requisition, you will need to revert the changes you made in step #2.
