If you're an IPDP admin, you can apply activity hours to more than 1 user. Activity hours for each user will not be submitted for approval. For the users applied to, activity hours will appear in their IPDP manager screen as if they submitted it.
NOTE: You must be an IPDP Admin to do the following.
1. Go to "Tools" and click on "IPDP".
2. Click "Add Multi-User Activity".
3. Fill in as detailed in the guide on how to create an activity hour, select users wish to apply under Applicable Users, and click "Save".
NOTE: If user is not showing, means they do not have an IPDP plan that has been approved.
