If you forgot your password or need to reset it, please follow the steps below.
1. Click "Forgot Password?"
2. Enter your username or email address and database name and click submit.
If you do not know your database name, please contact your admin and they will be able to provide this.
3. Once submitted, you will see following message. You should receive the email within 10 minutes. If you do not, please check your spam folder in your email inbox.
4. Follow the instructions received in the email to reset your password. When you click the link to set your password, you should see the following page to enter a New Password. Then enter the same exact new password in the Confirm Password box. Then click Submit. You should now be logged into the system.

Please Note:
If you are provided with a password to log in and use that password, you will then reach a page that says "mySCView Change Password - Please take a moment to change your password". You must enter the following information:
Old Password: This would be the same password that you just used to log in, which would be the password provided by an admin.
New Password: This would be a new password of your choosing. (Please keep note of this password)
Confirm Password: Enter the same password you just entered in the New Password box directly above this box.
Once everything is entered into all 3 boxes, press the OK button.
