Users listed as the requester on an invoice will receive an email for approval when scanned in this way. The email that arrives will contain some information about the invoice as well as a link to perform the approval. The email will look similar to the below screenshot (can vary by district).

Once the "Here" button is clicked, it will do one of two things:

1. If the user has a login in the system, it will force them to log in if they are not already

2. If the user does not have a login, it will allow them to approve anonymously and their email will be listed on the approval in the audit history. 

After logging in or being directed from either option, the user will be faced with something similar to what is seen below (varies by district). They can then enter notes, choose partial or full, and approve/deny the invoice.
