The Requisition manager screen has the ability to filter all listed Requisitions allowing a user to view any Requisitions they had either Approved, Denied or Rejected.


NOTE: This will only show items you affected. You will not be able to see any other user's items affected. 


If you wish to see items you have pressed an action button (Approve, Deny, Reject, etc), this guide will show you how to view those items. 


This can be done throughout the site. The below example is showing how to do so for requisitions. 


1. Go to Tools > Requisitions or  go to Home > click on the Requisition button


Note: If you do not have access to this and feel that you should, please contact your admin to update permissions.


2.  Make the needed changes to show results

  1. Select the time range you'd like to see results for
  2. If you can see this field, we recommend putting all users
  3. Click to put checkbox
    • Once done, make sure to uncheck as it will not show the items you have created.
