The ARI (Accounts Receivable Interface) system is being enhanced to provide users with a more comprehensive reporting capability through the introduction of a Customer Aging Summary report. This new feature will streamline invoice reconciliation processes and offer greater flexibility in financial reporting.

Current ARI reporting options are limited, making it challenging for users to quickly reconcile invoices across customer accounts.

Implement a new 'Customer Aging Summary' report option that allows users to generate summarized aging reports for all or selected customers, providing a more efficient way to review outstanding invoices.
Steps to find Enabled Aging Report Filtering Site Setting
Step 1:
Navigate to the Admin drop down and look for site settings, navigate to the ARI section.
Step 2:
Under the invoices section on the left, nine down from the top, you will find the site setting that will enable Aging Report Filtering. Checking the box will enable the setting, unchecking will disable. Be sure to hit apply before leaving the page.
Steps for Enabled Aging Report Filtering - Enabled
Step 1:
Navigate to the AR Invoices Page
Step 2:
Under the green buttons you will find the venders drop down, select the venders you want to run the customer report on, you can also use the From Last filter to adjust your report results.
Step 3:
Navigate to the Print button, you will find the Customer Aging Summary, once clicked a PDF will be downloaded with all your information on it.
Steps for Enabled Aging Report Filtering - Disabled
Step 1:
Navigate to the AR Invoices Page

With the site setting disabled the only filter done will be based on outstanding invoices only.
Step 3:
Navigate to the Print button, you will find the Customer Aging Summary, once clicked a PDF will be downloaded with all your information on it.
