The user must be an admin to do this. 



1. Go AR Invoices by clicking Tools >AR Invoices. 

2. Click on the document on which you wish to change owner or requestor. Right-click and select Change Owner.

You can select more than one if you wish, by either holding Ctrl and clicking items or holding Shift and clicking from top to bottom of items you want to select

3. Select the name to which you wish to change the owner or requestor and click Save.

  • Changing owner will allow another user to view the AR Invoice that is different from the original creator.
  • Changing requestor will change the requestor email address.

  • Verify User Permissions: Ensure that you have admin privileges before attempting to change AR invoice owners, as this function is restricted to administrators.
  • Select Multiple Invoices with Care: When changing owners for multiple invoices, use the Ctrl or Shift keys carefully to select the precise documents intended for reassignment.
