Introduction

Welcome to SCView's user guide on recalling an IPDP plan. This guide is designed to help navigate you in recalling an IPDP plan. Whether you are a first-time user or need a refresher, this guide will provide you with detailed instructions on managing your professional development through the IPDP module.

Problem Statement

Users may face problems in accidentally submitting an IPDP Plan. This could mean a plan has the wrong number of goals or incorrect information on it, which leads to the plan needing to be recalled. This can lead to recalled plans having the incorrect status showing on them, leading to confusion.

Solution

Step 1: Access the Individual Plan

  • Begin by navigating to Tools > IPDP, to the specific individual plan that you plan on recalling. This will serve as the starting point for recalling your IPDP plans.

Step 2: Right-click on the individual plan of your choosing. There will be a drop down that appears with several options, including Recall.

Step 3: Clicking the Recall option will automatically recall the plan. This will change the Status of the plan to Recalled.

Best Practices

  • Recalling a plan: Once an IPDP plan has been approved, the plan is no longer able to be recalled. If there are any changes that needed to be added to an IPDP plan after it has been approved, the plan can be sent for revision. Reach out to your IPDP admin or system administrator to accomplish this.
  • Technical Difficulties: For any technical issues such as delays or unresponsive pages, try refreshing the browser or clearing the cache. If problems continue, contact Support for assistance.
