To view users you must be an admin of the site. If you do not have admin permissions, please reach out to a current admin.
To access users go to admin > users
Inactive Users
To show inactive users, right click on the user grid > 'show inactive users' will appear in the context menu > click on 'show inactive users'
- If inactive users exist they will now display in the grid and will be greyed out,
- If 'show inactive users' is selected, they will now be searchable
- An inactive user count will be added to the top of the user count, example:
If you no longer want to show the inactive users, right click and > choose 'hide inactive users'
To mark a user 'Active' again, click edit > check mark the 'Active' box > then click save.
Deleted Users
To show deleted users, right click on the user grid > 'show deleted users' with appear in the context menu > click on 'show deleted users'
- If deleted users exist they will display in the grid with a line crossed through it.
- Currently, you can find the deleted users at the bottom of the grid.
- A deleted user count will be added to the top of the user count, example
- If you remain on the grid but you no longer want to see deleted users, you can right click and > choose 'hide deleted users'
- Once you leave the page deleted users will auto hide.
Restore a User
If a user is marked as deleted the only way to gain access back to the account is by restoring the user.
When 'show deleted user' is selected
- choose the user that you would like to restore
- click on the green 'restore' button
- a prompt will appear asking if you are sure you want to restore the user, click Yes
- the user will appear in focus in the grid (this does not make the user active)
- to make the user active again, edit the user > check the 'active' check box > set a temporary password > check the 'force password change' > click save
