This gives users the ability to take an application or other employee files and convert them into a form group invitation. This also gives the ability to send out an invitation to more than one person at a time.

The most common module usage is Hiring and Onboarding, but it can be used elsewhere. To learn more about this feature and to set it up, please reach out to our Support Team.

Using the Confirm Action

After clicking on the action button to send an invitation a confirm action dialog box will appear.

  • Choose a Form Group (drop down)
  • Choose a User Type (anonymous, existing, new user)

User Types

Anonymous: Use this option if you need to invite an employee to fill out a packet but do not need them to log into myscview.com. They will be sent a link inviting them to fill out the packet without logging in that will be tied specifically to them.

Existing: Use this option to invite an employee who already has a username within myscview.com. Choose a user from the user select drop down (requirement). It will auto fill the user's User ID, First Name, Last Name, and Email. It will also fill out their Employee ID if applicable.

New User: Using this option will create a new user at the same time of inviting them to fill out a packet. You will need to enter the User ID you would like them to log in with (requirement). The invitation email will provide them with their new username and temporary password so they can log into the site.

Email address is a requirement in sending an invitation. If it does not preload one from the original document or from choosing an existing user, one will need to be entered in the confirm action window.

After the fields are filled out, click the 'OK' button. Click 'OK' will send the packet (invitation) to the user to fill out.
