There are multiple reason a submission to DASL (Progress Book) may fail. From the Workflow page, in the history, it will have the reason why it failed. In the example below, the reason was due to the Attendance Calendar not being set correctly. To fix, click edit, make changes to the form and click 'Submit'. This will update the changes and then you can resubmit to DASL.
