Below are the most common issues you may encounter using the Student Registration Parent Portal. If you're still having issues, please contact your district to further assist. 


Q: I forgot my password.

A: Click 'Forgot password?' and follow the prompts to have your password reset


Q: I am trying to register but it says my email address has already been used.

A: An email address can only be used once in the system. The most common reason we have seen this is when your spouse used the email address. If you're certain no one else has, click 'Forgot password?' and follow the prompts to reset your password.


Q: I registered but it says my email is not confirmed.

A: Once you register, a confirmation email is sent out. It may take a few minutes. If after a few minutes, still not received it, check your spam folder. 


Q: I don't see any forms to complete.

A: Go to the district's page and click the link from their website. You must register from your districts link.
