If you need to fill out and submit a custom form through SCView follow the guide below.
1. Click on "Tools > My Forms"
2. Once you are on the My Forms page, click on New Form. This will populate a list of forms that are available for you to fill out.
3. Select the form you wish to fill out by clicking on its title. The form will load in a new window.
4. If you are unable to finish the form in one sitting, you may select the "Save Draft" button. This will save the form and all of the information you have already filled out. When you are ready to begin the form again, go back to "Tools > My Forms" and verify that the "Include Form Drafts" check box is checked. You can then double click on your saved draft form and select "Edit Form". This will take you back to your saved copy of the form you were previously working on.
5. If you need to make edits to a form, you can select your form and choose "Edit Form".
6. After you have finished filling out the form, you will click "Submit" which will submit your form into the workflow.
7. If you wish to print a form, you can select a form and then select "Batch Print". This will also allow you to print more than one form at a time. To print more than one form, hold the CTRL key on your keyboard while selecting the other forms you wish to print.
8. If you are an approver for a form and you wish to see forms that you have approved, you will need to be sure to have the "Items I Affected" check box check-marked. This will allow you to see forms that have gone through your approval queue.
