Who can see each entry for Leave Requests?
Those who have Report View set to a Department on the Users page will be able to see all Leave entries for that Department.
Those who only have Department set and nothing under Report View will only see their own Leave entries.
Is there a fee to enable the Calendar module for my district?
The calendar module is included at no extra fee with the Leave or Custom Forms modules.
Is there a widget for the Calendar on the home screen?
Yes, there is. The Calendar widget will show a small preview of the event. Clicking on the event will bring up more information.
What are some uses for this module?
The most common use of the Calendar is with the Leave module. When an employee's leave has been approved, it will appear on the Calendar. We can also have their leave appear if it has not yet been submitted to USPS. The Calendar can also be used for Custom Forms if you have purchased this module. You will be able to view events such as field trips or to see when a bus is being used.
