Redesign does not allow direct submission of time sheets into USPS. They must be exported from myscview, and then uploaded to USPS. 

NOTE: Your confirmation screen may be different due to settings. 


1. From the queue you submit time sheets, click "Submit Time Sheet to USPS" (Labeling may vary). 


2. Change your "Post toPeriod Ending" and then click "Download"

You can also click the arrow on the far left of each employee's time sheet, and edit the lines before downloading.


3. Upload the CSV file to USPS. 


NOTE: You may have to make changes to the CSV due to your settings in USPS before uploading. Your ITC will be able to assist with this if needed. 

Also, please do not change any data in the CSV file within Excel, as the data may be changed due to Excel formatting. This will then cause the file to fail to upload to USPS.
