What is online indexing?
Online indexing is our online version of SCScan.
Can I scan directly from online indexing?
No. You must have the documents already scanned (or downloaded from email) in PDF or TIF format.
Is there a cost associated with this module?
There is no cost at this time.
How do I get it setup?
Please email support@scview.com with which users you wish to have using this and what doc types they will be indexing.
Can I email a batch?
Yes, you can forward or send an email with attachments directly to the batch ready for indexing by using the email address we provide when you are setup. When emailing, make sure to use a Subject Line which will be the Batch Name.
