Introduction
When integrating systems like SCView with United States Accounting System (USAS), it's not uncommon to encounter connectivity issues that can interrupt your workflow. Errors such as "USAS account is disabled" or "Unable to connect to USAS" typically indicate problems with how the USAS account is configured under a user's Financial Information System (FIS) settings in SCView. This guide aims to address these error messages by providing steps to verify account activity and ensure correct setup within USAS, facilitating smoother interaction between SCView and USAS and minimizing system downtime.
Solution
If you receive an error stating "USAS account is disabled", "Unable to connect to USAS", or something similar, this can be caused due to issues with the USAS account under the user's FIS setting in SCView (Admin->Users). Please verify in USAS the account is active and setup correctly. If unsure, please contact your ITC as we do not have access into USAS to view this. Let them know that the profile is not able to be impersonated.
