Users have the option to notify treasurer's office staff of request to modify/close/add a note to a PO. Each option is accessed the same way. Generally, these options target workflow queues, but they will simply add a note to the PO audit history if there are no queues set up to accept this request.


From the PO manager, simply right-click on the PO you would like to submit the request for. Select the "Add Note to PO" option, which will open a popup window.



 


 


Add Note: Choosing Add Note only adds a note to the audit history for the selected purchase order.


Close: This option will allow us to send the purchase order to a workflow that was set up specifically for this option. This queue signals to the AP staff that the PO should be closed. Notes must be provided as to why this option was selected.


Modify: This option will allow us to send the purchase order to a workflow that was set up specifically for this option. This queue signals to the AP staff that the PO should be modified and to notify the requester when the changes are made. Notes must be provided as to why this option was selected.
