There are two different places that a stamp can be applied (mostly used for Then & Now).

1 - In the Workflow

In the lower-right corner of the workflow where the document image appears, there is an image toolbar. On the toolbar, there should be both a stamp (1) and flame (2) icon. If these are not present, it means your user profile does not have a stamp. If you believe you should have a stamp, please contact support at support@scview.com. When you are ready to place your stamp, simply click the stamp (1) icon. It will place the stamp near the middle of the image. You can then drag it around and resize it until it is where you would like the permanent location to be. If you wish to remove the stamp prior to burning, you can right-click and select delete. Once in the proper position, click the flame (2) icon, which will make the stamp permanently part of the image. The flame icon will not light up until there is a stamp on the image.

2 - Search Tab

Across the top toolbar of the search page, you will see a similar toolbar to that of the workflow. Again, if you do not have a stamp in your user profile, you will not see the icons. Once you have your image pulled up, simply click the stamp (1) icon.
