Modules that integrate with USPS submit to USPS on a fixed interval timer that runs once an hour. This means it may take up to an hour before it submits to USPS.
Once it processes, you will find the item in the Completed or Failed queues, depending on what message was returned from USPS.

For Leave:
Leave submissions will occur in one of two ways:
1) If the setting is enabled, leave will post on the day of the request or any prior days.
If the request has multiple days and some of them are for a future date, the overall leave will stay in the submission queue while the individual days will still post. Once all lines have been submitted, it will move to the completed queue. If an individual line fails, it will fall into the failed queue, and any lines after the failed line will not be posted.
2) If the above setting is not enabled, leave will post within the current pay period or any previous pay periods.
If the request has multiple days and some of them are for a future pay period, the overall leave will stay in the submission queue while the lines in the current pay period will post. Once all lines have been submitted, it will move to the completed queue. If an individual line fails, it will fall into the failed queue, and any lines after the failed line will not be posted.
