Total Revenue

The Total Revenue tab allows you to see YTD general revenue for the fiscal year, Last YTD general revenue for the previous fiscal year and annual revenue and the top revenue funds all at a glance using graphs, charts and tables. Each can be filtered using the filter icon in the top right of the screen. There is the following filters Date, Fund and or SCC (Special Cost Center). This screen is available to be printed using the print icon in the navigation menu.

 


Some graphs can be drilled down into to see more details about how the data is being displayed. 



Use the Filter Icon in the top right corner of the screen to access the filters to display on the page


Use the print option in the top right of the navigation menu to print the entire screen.



Total Expense

The Total Expense tab allows you to see YTD general Expenditures for the fiscal year, Last YTD general expenses for the previous fiscal year and Total Expense YTD vs Last Year all at a glance using graphs and tables. Each can be filtered using the filter icon in the top right of the screen similar to Total Revenue tab. There is the following filters Date, Fund and or SCC (Special Cost Center). This screen can also be filtered using the toggle for Last Fiscal year and or the budget set. This screen is available to be printed using the print icon in the navigation menu.


Filter using Last Fiscal year and or the budget using the toggle, or filter more in depth using the filter icon by drilling down more by date, fund, or scc. 


Click on the graphs and or the table to drill down and display more data. 


Use the print option in the top right of the navigation menu to print the entire screen.

  • Data Not Updating: Ensure that the dashboard is connected to the internet, and check if there's an issue with the USAS data source. Use the refresh button to attempt re-syncing the data.

  • Display Issues: If graphs or charts are not displaying correctly, refresh the page or clear the browser cache. Ensure your browser is up to date for optimal performance.
