If you change your password in MySCView, you will need to update it in SCScan as well to match your new MySCView password. 


Likewise, if you change your USAS password in USAS, you will need to update it in SCScan as well to match your new USAS password. 


NOTE: In both of the above situations, you will not be able to properly connect if either passwords are not up-to-date. You will receive an error message that will say something like Bad Credentials.

  1. In Batch Manager, click Client Profiles.

  2. On the Clients tab, click Edit.

  3. Review options a. and b. below depending on which password has recently changed.
    a. If you changed your MySCView password, update the MySCView Credentials --> Password section with your new credentials.
    b. If you changed your USAS password, update the FIS Credentials --> Password section with your new USAS credentials.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Click Close.
